Not getting Replacement of my Watch :: HSTE No. 605 : Citizen Metal (Black) To The CEO, TITAN watch's Good evening, Hope you find this mail in good health and high spirit. I want to bring this to your notice that I have purchased a premium watch (Brand : Citizen Metal Black) from one of your store HELIOS, F-42, South Ext - I, dated 28th June 2015, purpose of this purchase was to gift it to my brother-in-law (It was more of an emotional purchase). While selecting this watch I have been informed and told by your representative Mr. Rakesh Saini that it’s a water proof / scratch resistance watch and plating of the strap is permanent. If don't happen so (within 3yrs) it will be replaced anywhere only thing I should carry is the warranty card. But to my surprise within a month of use there were two major issues :: 1.) Scratch on Glass (it is so obvious - that it don't make sense to invest 16K) 2.) Colour fading from the strap (look like I have purchased a knock-off product) I have returned the same for a replacement (on 28th Sep 2015) but that has not happened (I request your immediate attention to this issue and kindly resolve it at the earliest), I am not at all satisfied by the commitment given by the Helios representative (its a breach of trust on your & Helios Part) The watch is having scratches all round the glass (even though it was scratch resistance glass - as per the Helios Representative), there were issues in plating of the strap as well. I explained the entire issue to Mr. Ashish but to my surprised, I got a repaired watch instead of replacement (that to only the strap). I haven't taken the watch back because the basic issue still not addressed. Wrote this mail in anticipation that you will get it replaced with new one.
